Healthy churches are strengthened by healthy leaders. Yet the demands of pastoral ministry can often leave little room for rest, renewal, and the support needed to lead well over time.

The Preaching Institute for City Transformations invites pastors to join us for the Pastoral Health & Wellness Seminar on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at North Central University in Minneapolis.

This gathering is part of an ongoing initiative supported by The Preaching Institute and led by K. Charlene Williams, whose Doctor of Ministry research at Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, Evangel University, explores the challenges of ministry strain and burnout, along with practices that foster pastoral resilience and long-term well-being.

Through meaningful conversations, practical insights, and shared experiences, this seminar will create space for pastors to reflect on their own health, connect with fellow ministry leaders, and explore ways to cultivate healthier, more sustainable lives in ministry.

As the first of many planned gatherings, this seminar represents an opportunity to invest not only in the well-being of individual pastors, but also in the long-term health of the churches and communities they serve.
